Assembly For Green Divider Wooden Boxes
Overview
This guide walks through assembling the wooden planter boxes for your Green Divider. Confirm quantities, clear a level surface, and read all steps before starting.
Box Contents
The box containing the electrical components of your Green Divider will contain the following:
- Liquid Level Sensor — qty 1
- Metal camlock dowels — qty 16
- Wooden dowels — qty 10
- Wood screws — qty 16
- Wood Side panels — qty 8
- Wood Front panels— qty 8
- Wood Base panels— qty 4

Unpacking
- Open the package. Stack the individual components in a safe location, away from material that can scratch the wood finish. The components will combine to create four individual planting boxes.
- Identify interior vs exterior faces of the boxes. Place the finished sides face up to protect from scratches.
Planting Box Instructions
Step 1 — Front Panels
- Grab a screwdriver and (4) metal dowels. Screw the (4) metal dowels into the threaded inserts on the Front Panels. Take care not to overtighten.
- Repeat for all (8) Front Panels.
Step 2 - Side Panels
- Press (4) camlocks fully into the holes of the Side Panel, small arrows on the camlocks pointing outward toward the small hole on the side of the Side Panel.
- Repeat for all (8) Side Panels.
Step 3 — Attaching the Side Panels to the Front Panels
- Slide (2) Side Panels onto the dowels sticking out of one of the Front Panels. Ensure the Side Panels are fully pushed in and flush with the Front Panel.
- Flip the three connected boards on their side. There should be three holes on the Front Panel facing up.
- Attach a second Front Panel, ensuring the three small holes on the edge of the board are facing the same direction as the other Side Panel.
- Tighten all (8) camlocks with a quarter right turn until snug. Take care not to overtighten. The camlocks can be easily damaged. The boards should all pull together snugly.
- Repeat the process three times to make (4) boxes total.
Step 4 — Bottom Panel
- Insert (2) wooden dowels into the center holes on the Front Panels.
- Take one Bottom Panel and align it with the wooden dowels, finish side up.
- Take (4) wood screws and screw them into the 4 wood screw holes in the Bottom Panel using a screwdriver.
- Repeat for all (4) boxes.
Base Box Instructions
Step 1 — Front & Rear Panels
- Lay out the Front Panel of the Base Box.
- Screw (4) metal dowels into the threaded inserts of the Front Panel. Take care not to overtighten.
- Set the Front Panel aside.
- Lay out the Rear Panel of the Base Box.
- Screw (4) metal dowels into the threaded inserts of the Rear Panel. Take care not to overtighten.
- Set the Rear Panel aside.
Step 2 — Side Panels
- Press (4) camlocks into the four holes of the Side Panel. Ensure that the small arrows on the camlocks are pointed outwards, towards the small holes on the sides of the Side Panel.
- Repeat for all (2) Side Panels.
Step 3 — Attach the Side Panels to the Front & Back Panels
- Ensuring the lip of all the panels is facing the same direction, slide (2) Side Panels onto the dowels sticking out of the Front Panel. Ensure the Side Panels are fully pushed in and flush with the Front Panel.
- Attaching the Back Panel, ensuring the the lip on all four panels is facing the same direction.
- Flip the box so that the lip is facing up.
- Tighten all (8) camlocks with a quarter right turn until snug. Take care not to overtighten. The camlocks can be easily damaged. The boards should all pull together snugly.
- Repeat the process three times to make (4) boxes total.
Step 4 — Bottom Panel
- Place the Bottom Panel inside the lip.
- With the two round holes on the Back Panel facing away from you, the rectangular hole on the Bottom Panel must be on the right.
- Take (6) wood screws and screw them into the 4 wood screw holes in the Bottom Panel using a screwdriver.
- Flip the Bottom Box over and set aside.
