Download requests

When you request a document download (such as a spec sheet or design guide), we collect your email address in order to send you the download link.

Quote requests and contact forms

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, product interest, and project location. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Send you the document or resource you requested
  • Respond to your quote request or inquiry
  • Follow up on active conversations at your request

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any automated marketing campaigns without your explicit consent.

Data Storage

Form submissions and download requests are stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, both operated by Google LLC. Data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfill your request. We do not maintain a marketing database or CRM populated from this website without your knowledge.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site — such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general device and location information. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used only in aggregate to improve the website.

We do not use it to identify individual visitors, we do not link it to any contact information you submit through our forms, and we do not enable Google's advertising or remarketing features. Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses by default. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes
  • We do not serve advertising on this website
  • We do not use advertising, remarketing, or behavioral ad-targeting tools
